This group coaching program is designed to promote engagement among participants, so you can learn what it means to hold space, actively listen and be there to comfort your female friends.
In this 3 month course, we will explore a variety of different healing modalities including, but not limited to yoga & other forms of exercise, cooking & nutrition, doctors & medications, rest & play and relationships & self-care. Through one-on-one sessions, partner work and group calls we will learn why being vulnerable builds trust and how our experiences can inspire & uplift someone else.
